I’m sorry—“humane” meat doesn’t exist. On “humane” farms, animals are still subjected to cruel industry standards, such as severe crowding and a terrifying death in a slaughterhouse. Here’s video footage recorded on farms that claim to produce “humane” turkey in a “stress-free environment”:

Eggs come from chickens who are often crammed into crowded, filthy sheds; used as egg-laying machines for years; and then finally gassed in the sheds or killed in a slaughterhouse when their egg production slows.
