PETA’s Community Animal Project team members met Cassie, along with another goat, named Cleo, and had a heart-to-heart with their elderly guardian, who knew that the two vivacious girls needed more time, attention, and care than she was able to give them. The guardian agreed to sign over custody to PETA, and we found them a wonderful new home where both goats settled right in. Friendly and clever, Cassie makes the most of every day and charms anyone who has the good fortune to meet her.
